State Farm^® insurance agent in Grayslake, IL

I was a client of theirs for about 4 years. Their customer service is almost impeccable. Ashleigh is extremely responsive and goes above and beyond. I only left due to high rates which is not the local office’s fault but corporate. I would definitely recommend this branch.

I have been with State Farm , since 1970s, for auto and home, and recently added Umbrella policy. Ryan has been my agent for the last 8 years, because my first agent retired, and recommended Ryan. Recently my auto policy and to some extent my Umbrella policy have gone up in premium, post Covid. I am sure most clients have experienced this. I went to see Ryan today ( April 11, 2023) , because I was a bit frustrated because my auto policy jumped $100 plus in 6 months premium. Although, I was trying to demand , a notification of some sort before premiums jumped like this , and even thought of changing my agent, even if I stayed with State Farm. I found Ryan to be professional, and listened patiently to my gripes, and explained the background of such increases. I got to know Ryan as a person through this encounter, and gladly decided to continue with his agency, and would recommend him to anybody who is looking for a down to earth family man as an agent.

Ryan and his team are amazing! I spoke with them a few times when I was switching my insurance. Caitlin and Ashleigh explained everything thoroughly, took the time to answer all my questions and gave me a great quote! I would recommend them to everyone!
